2019 Pinot Grigio
Since we can hit full ripeness in the Texas High Plains AVA, this makes a fruit forward and full-bodied white in Texas. Very different than a Pinot Grigio from Oregon, Washington, or Italy. Pairs well with seafood, heavy cream sauces, and bisques.
