2020 Skin fermented Pinot Grigio

A skin-fermented white wine is when you take a white grape and follow red wine protocols in the wine making process.  This wine was fermented on the skins until completely dry giving it the beautiful sunset orange hue.  This is a rose style white that smells and tastes like a sour plum.  A unique wine that will pair with a hot day and a fruit tray.
