2025 Skin Fermented Dry Orange Muscat
A skin-fermented white wine is when you take a white grape and follow red wine protocols in the winemaking process. This wine was fermented on the skins until completely dry giving it the beautiful orange/apricot hue. This is a tannic dry white that smells and tastes like dried apricots. A unique wine that will pair with savory desserts, spicy Thai or Mexican food, or Spanish paella.
