2020 Newsom Cabernet Sauvignon
The flagship single varietal red of Newsom vineyards. Sourced from our 35-year-old Cabernet Sauvignon vines, the oldest surviving Cabernet in Texas, this wine was held in neutral oak for 34 months. This yields a wine that is extremely smooth and fruit forward. Notes of black cherry and stone fruits. This wine makes a great red table wine and pairs well with most foods and chocolate.
