2020 Cabernet franc

24 months in neutral oak again leaves you with a smooth and fruit forward red wine.  As a single varietal Cabernet Franc, it is very different than most in the world.  This wine pairs well with brisket and ham, especially if they are smoked.  Another small production wine at 20 cases.
