2017 LATE HARVEST Cabernet Sauvignon (RUBY PORT)
Now THIS wine (Ruby Port) was a long time in the making. 7 years from start to finish. Fortified with Newsom Vineyards brandy, this is a rich and still fruit forward wine with some nice complexity from light oxidation with barrel time. Perfect with dessert, after dinner, or with a nice cigar.
