2015 Merlot
A very different Merlot than anything from the West coast. Twenty-four months in neutral oak makes this a very smooth and fruit forward Merlot, with notes of black current, cassis, and other stone fruits. Pairs excellent with veal and lamb chops, as well as a savory desert such as blackberry cobbler or strawberry cheese cake.
