Description
2021 Albariño
A Spanish white grape similar to an un-oaked Viognier or Chardonnay. Having gone through Malolactic fermentation, in Texas it makes a nice, buttery white that makes a great summer wine. Notes of minerality, butterscotch, and honeydew melon. Pairs with grilled pork chops, white cream sauces, and seafood.
