2021 Cabernet franc
Made in 100% neutral oak, it offers a full bodied and smooth style Cabernet Franc. Very different than most other single varietal Cabernet Franc’s. Cabernet Franc is one of the 5 noble French varietals and is typically used as a blending grape. As a single varietal wine, it makes a smooth red. It is slightly more tannic than the Cabernet Sauvignon, but stunning. We could not be more pleased with the 90 cases that were produced. Pairs fantastically with a steak dinner.
