2023 Albariño
A Spanish white grape traditionally made into Vino-Verde similar to an unoaked Sauvignon Blanc. In Texas it makes a nice, crisp and acidic white that makes a great summer wine. Notes of lime, green apple, and Anjou pear. Pairs with pulled pork, white cream sauces, and seafood.
