2016 Dry Orange Muscat

The Dry Muscat is so fruit forward it will trick your brain.  It was fermented to .01% residual sugar and is a 13% alcohol crisp white wine.  It is the equivalent of a dry Riesling.   My favorite thing to pair this wine with is Chilean’ seabass with mango Pico de Gallo.  Only 175 cases were produced.
