2016 flat creek Cabernet Sauvignon

This wine features Tim Drake of Flat Creek Winery as winemaker.  He originally came to Texas from Washington State.  His style is big and bold.  Made in half new French oak, half Neutral, it offers a rich and full body, tannic style Cabernet Sauvignon. Goes best with marbled red meats such as T-bones and prime rib.
